What Sets WillPWR Health Apart from Other Clinics?

At WillPWR Health, we do things a little differently than most traditional chiropractic clinics. Many clinics ask you to come in two to three times a week and only provide 15-20 minutes of face-to-face time with the practitioner. Typically, you end up doing repetitive, uninspiring exercises without much progress.

With us, it’s a completely different experience.

Every session at WillPWR Health is 100% one-on-one with Dr. Will Shiau, and each appointment lasts about an hour. You’ll always work with the same expert who understands your specific needs and goals. Our top priority is helping you achieve independence in managing your health. We believe that by giving you the right education, tools, and exercises, you won’t need to rely on frequent visits to see results. You'll make excellent progress without needing multiple weekly appointments if you stay committed to your exercises and follow Dr. Will’s guidance.

Most of our patients come in just once a week, and we make sure each session is purposeful, pushing you toward your goals and taking your recovery to the next level. We’re here to ensure you’re not just going through the motions—we want every minute of your time to count.

Are you in-network with my insurance company?

We’re technically out of network with insurance because sadly they do not let us work with clients the way we have found to be the most successful.

Most, if not ALL, of our clients do have insurance, but to receive the highest level of care that we can deliver, our clients choose to forego using their insurance upfront. So, our clients pay us at the time of service, and for those who would like to utilize their insurance, we can provide receipts with the necessary codes and information to send self-claims to your insurance.

What If I Want to Check My Insurance for Out-of-Network Benefits?

We completely understand the desire to use your in-network insurance benefits. However, many people in your situation often find that even with in-network providers, they face high deductibles and pay 100% out of pocket. After months of frequent visits with little to no progress, they turn to us for real results.

It’s not uncommon for patients who try the in-network route to realize they spent more money there than they would have with us. In addition to the cost, they’ve wasted valuable time going to and from the clinic 2-3 times per week without achieving the results they hoped for.

So, if you worked with us and not only got the results you were looking for but went beyond what you expected, would it be worth it? especially when you consider the time, money, and frustration you could save by avoiding suboptimal care elsewhere.

At WillPWR Health, we are confident in our care, which is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you commit to working with us and aren’t satisfied with the results, you can request a full refund. That’s how sure we are that we can help people like you.

When people hear we're out-of-network, they often want to call their insurance to check their benefits, which makes perfect sense! But here’s our advice: if you investigate your benefits, ensure you get the full picture.

Most people simply ask, “Do I have any out-of-network benefits?” If the answer is “no” or “only after a $X,XXX deductible,” they might assume staying in-network is the best option. However, without understanding how much the in-network route will cost or comparing the value of care, they could be leaving money on the table.

Here’s a checklist to guide you when you speak with your insurance provider to ensure you’re making the best decision for your health:

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Agent:

  • Do I have an in-network deductible?
  • How much must I pay out-of-pocket before you cover my in-network DC costs?
  • What is my in-network co-pay?
  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and if so, how much is it?
  • What is the easiest way to submit a self-claim?

Remember, knowledge is power—so be sure to gather all the information you need to make an informed choice!

What If I Still Want to Call Around to Find a Chiropractor That Takes My Insurance?

We completely understand why you might want to explore your in-network insurance options. It’s a sensible step, but we want to make sure you’re fully informed about the potential differences in cost and quality of care.

In some cases, going in-network can be just as expensive—or even more costly—while offering a lesser experience and results. That’s why we highly encourage you to use the checklist below when calling around, so you can get all the facts before making a decision.

What to Ask a Chiropractic Clinic:

  • How much 1-on-1 time will I get with the chiropractor each visit?

  • Will I have the same chiropractor at every session?
Here, you will always work with Dr. Will, ensuring continuity and a personalized approach to your care.

  • How many visits per week are typically prescribed?
At WillPWR Health, we typically schedule one visit per week, and in some cases, we can even spread sessions out over longer periods as you make progress.

  • How long is the average treatment plan?
Our care plans usually last 6-10 weeks, but this varies based on your specific needs and goals.

  • Does your chiropractor specialize in the services I need?
WillPWR Health specializes in treating athletes, active adults, and anyone committed to living an active, pain-free life.

  • Can you guarantee that I will never get a surprise bill?
At WillPWR Health, you will always know exactly what you’re paying for, with no surprise bills or hidden fees.

Ask these key questions to get the full picture of what you’re getting with your care.
